Velar Living offers residential asset management through three clearly defined management levels.

Each level has its own scope, responsibilities and limits, and is presented on a dedicated page for clarity.

This structure allows homeowners to choose the degree of involvement they require — from independent oversight to full operational delegation — without ambiguity or overlap.

Our management levels

Velar Living’s services are organised into three distinct levels:

  • Essential Oversight
    Professional monitoring and independent supervision

  • Asset Care Plus
    Full home management with operational coordination

  • Private Home Director
    Total delegation with a dedicated home manager.

On-demand services

On-demand services are available on request.

All additional support is defined in advance, quoted separately and delivered under Velar Living’s supervision.

In-house services

Cleaning & Home Care

Certain services that directly affect the condition and presentation of the home are delivered in-house by Velar Living, under our own standards and supervision.

  • Scheduled and seasonal cleaning

  • Pre-arrival preparation

  • Post-service quality control

Managing these services internally ensures consistency, accountability and clear responsibility.

Third-parts

Professionally managed specialist services

Certain technical or specialist services are delivered by independent third-party professionals, coordinated and supervised by Velar Living.

  • Garden maintenance

  • Pool maintenance

  • Technical and specialist repairs

Velar Living does not perform these works directly, but remains responsible for coordination, supervision and reporting.

Transparency and independence

We can work with suppliers selected by the homeowner, including existing or trusted third-party providers.

We do not receive commissions, margins or incentives on invoices issued by third parties.

When coordination or supervision of third-party services is required, our involvement is remunerated only through a clearly defined and pre-agreed fixed fee, established in advance.

This structure eliminates conflicts of interest and ensures that all decisions are taken solely in the interest of the home and its owner.
