The focus is placed on long-term relationships built on clarity, transparency and trust, working with a limited number of clients by choice.
The objective is not volume, but real responsibility.
The role is simple:
to ensure that properties remain under control, properly monitored and cared for, even when their owners are far away.
Homes are not treated as listings or transactions, but as long-term assets.
Proper property care requires consistency, sound judgement and clear communication.
This is not a transactional service.

The founder
Velar Living was founded by someone who understands distance first-hand.
After living for a long time in Jávea, several years were spent living and working abroad in Luxembourg.
Managing responsibilities and assets from a distance, often without full visibility, shaped the philosophy behind this project.
After more than seven years abroad, the decision was made to return home and build a service based on presence, trust and accountability . The kind of service expected for one’s own property.
